What to Expect

Five Strong Physical Therapy is a unique facility that offers treatment in a quiet, private and comfortable one-on-one setting. The goal is to help you move and live pain free, and restore balance in your body, enabling you to return to the activities you enjoy. Each patient is evaluated holistically, treated with a unique treatment plan and given specific therapeutic exercises and a self-treatment strategy you can perform at home.

Each part of the body is connected with all other areas, and it is not uncommon to find that another area of the body is contributing to the area of pain, injury or edema. There might have been a prior injury or surgery that left the area weak or less mobile, and the change in movement resulted in injury causing compensations elsewhere in the body. Thus, there is a need to look at the whole body.  As areas of dysfunction are discovered, these areas are treated.  Treatment is hands-on with the use of a variety of manual techniques. The goal with every patient is to identify the true cause of your symptoms and use manual techniques to reduce and resolve your pain, and get you back to what you enjoy doing.
